Hr Assistant - Compensation And Benefits
Job Qualifications**:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resource Development and Management or equivalent;
- With experience in general HR work, with substantial payroll and payroll systems is an advantage;
- Flexible, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to work effectively and calmly in a high-pressure environment and to prioritize and effectively manage assignments in a timely fashion;
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written capacity;
- To be assigned in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City;
- Amenable to start ASAP.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for processing of monthly and weekly payroll;
- Ensure the accuracy of the overall summary payroll presented to the immediate head;
- Monitors and checks employee's timekeeping forms including OB, Leave Forms and other supporting documents accordingly;
- Conducts enrollment of new employees to biometric device;
- Process government mandated benefits like SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG;
- Ensure accuracy of remittances;
- Ensure that timelines and deadlines are met on a given period of time;
- Ensures accurate computation and payment of final pay and other benefits of separated employees;
- Assists on all HR or company related events and activities;
- Checking and validation of DTRs of agency manpower for invoicing and endorsement to Accounting;
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
