Hr Assistant - Internship
Analysis and reporting of key HR metrics
- Preparing presentations and summary reports
- Support to HR Business Partners in relation to the employee life cicle procedures
- Supporting recruiting processes
What you need to bring to join us:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or humanistic disciplines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Proactive approach
- Analytical skills with close attention to details
- Result driven and problem solver
