**YOUR ROLE & MISSION
As a **temporary HR Assistant**, you will work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and you will deploy the Global HR Strategy in the Italian plant. You will take care of day-to-day activities and you will be the Key contact for all HR topics in the site. You will report to the Global HR Director and you will join an international HR-Team.
Please note that this is a urgent research and priority will be given to applicants available to start at a short notice.
**Your job and main tasks**:
- Manage the time and attendance activities, coordinating with external partners;
- Take care of HR admin tasks (work contracts, administrative files, declarations, etc. );
- Carry out recruitment and onboarding activities;
- Carry out communication and engagement activities in the site in coordination with Global Communication function;
- Support Global HR on all main HR processes (performance evaluation, salary review, etc. );
- Support in delivering training courses;
- Promotion and participation to Global initiatives and projects (e. g. Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Development, Work-life balance, etc. );
- Interface with external bodies (employment centre, public authorities, etc. ).
**Your profile
- University degree with a focus on human resources management or similar
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR field
- Basic knowledge of Italian labor law
- Factual fluency in English (full B2 level as a minimum is a must, all recruitment steps will be in english)
- Ability to work autonomously and with a proactive approach
- High sense of confidentiality/discretion
- Respect and promote diversity - intercultural awareness
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Zucchetti Infinity would be a plus
