Now, Let's Get Down to BusinessReporting to the HR lead for your region, you will provide operational HR support to our Italy based Edgewell Teammates on all HR related queries and with your manager's support, assist the employment end-to-end life cycle.
This will be a hands on, operational, proactive HR position where you will business partner with all managers to drive HR priorities.
Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, full day-to-day administration, change management, rewards and recognition, performance management, training and development, recruitment, leading on enhancing the teammate experience, communications and policy development.

Here's what you'll get up to: • HR Admin – From hiring to departure, creating offer letters, paperwork, drafting comms, general administration and updating HR system including preparation and transmission of elements to payroll, updating HR systems. • HR Absenteeism - Monitoring of absences (holidays, illness, maternity/paternity leaves) and creating ad hoc reports. • HR Training – Training plan budget forecast & follow up (identification of needs, selection of training, development and implementation of the training plan including preparation and presentation to the Management). • HR Recruitment – Participating to ad hoc recruitments in coordination with departments. • HR Support – HR administrative day-to-day/project support.
Scheduling training activities and other meetings, English translations may be performed. • Meeting and events management - planning and organization of company meetings Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?
Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a commercial or consumer goods company.
While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following: • Previous experience related to HR activities, staff administration, payroll and office management.
Basic knowledge of Italian labour law• Ability to work with figures & reporting. • Planning, organizing and coordination skills. • Excellent general administration skills with attention to detail• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Integrity – experience in handling sensitive and confidential data• Proactivity & curiosity – ability to support managers. • Ownership of activities and demonstrate initiative. • HR system/data handling experience• Fluent Italian and English• Microsoft Office Skills #INT
