Profile Main Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with Regional HR teams and coordinate them for the preparation and submission of LVMH monthly HR reports and all the related reporting activities;

Support the Manager in collaborating with the Regional HRs for the preparation of the Payroll Costs, Budget and Forecast for Retail Companies;

Collaborate with Regional HR Teams in coordinatingLVMH Annual Report for Retail Companies;

Work with Corporate and Regional HR Departments to support the development of interfaces with other company information systems;

Work in partnership with Regional HRs for the constant update of LVMH employee data management system, monitor data accuracy and alignment with the company organization;

Ensure the highest data quality and continuous improvement of processes and internal HR Information Systems;

Assist HR Talent & Organization Development team in Performance Management;

Provide Assistance to the HRIS & Compensation Manager in Job Evaluation and Job Mapping Projects;

Support the HRIS & Compensation Manager to define and implement Group and Company guidelines for annual salary review according to economical and market data.

**Profile**:

Degree in Business Administration or Economics;

1-2 years related experience in an international environment;

Fluency in Italian and English.

French will be considered a plus;

Excellent analytical skills;

Proactive attitude and high attention to details;

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
