The opportunity We're currently looking for an HR Business Partner.
Someone to join our HR Business team in order to support our operations in the Swiss and the Italian markets.
Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to expedite the forthcoming change.
And someone who doesn't mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
This position is located at Milano, Italy in Zurich, Switzerland.
We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed.
What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done.
And to enjoy doing it, of course.
The responsibilities You will be part of the global HR team for deploying and implementing HR projects and initiatives, whilst at the same time being the local HR Business Partner for Switzerland and Italy on HR topics.

We are now looking for a committed and collaborative HR Partner who wants to be an important part of adapting, implementing, and driving the global HR strategies into a local market level.
This position will be operating on a 50% basis.
The role will report to the HR Regional Manager of EMEA with a dotted line to the Managing Director of Polestar Switzerland & Italy.
See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for: Supporting the employment lifecycle for all employees administration, recruitment and facility management Prepare and issue relevant HR documents e. g. , contracts, pension eligibility confirmation Supporting the local market team with rollouts of annual merit- and performance reviews, career planning as well as graduate- and training programs Provide feedback and report to the wider global HR team with projects and process improvement for local adaptations Collaborate with global HR to drive the roll out of new initiatives and programs as well as taking part in local events The ideal candidate In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have.

You are flexible, independent, and able to set up your own structure whilst working proactively in an ever-changing environment.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: A bachelor's degree within Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar Thorough knowledge of Swiss & Italian labour laws At least three years' experience within the Human Resources field Excellent level of spoken and written German, Italian and English, French is an asset.
Experience working in payroll or compensation and benefits is considered meritorious Polestar is an international company, with various backgrounds represented.
English, therefore, is the language of written and spoken communication.
