About the Role The role is to support the P&C Regional Manager in executing P&C initiatives across multiple countries within the region.
This role will focus on providing tactical, operational, and administrative support to ensure smooth P&C processes and help implement global talent acquisition (TA) and learning and development (L&D) strategies at the local level.
You will play a key role in ensuring the effective administration of P&C activities, employee relations, recruitment support, and P&C compliance across the region.
You will work closely with P&C leadership and business teams to address daily P&C needs and help drive the success of regional P&C programs.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Assist the P&C Regional Manager with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, conducting candidate screenings, and preparing offer letters.
Support local hiring managers in preparing job descriptions and identifying talent pools.
Coordinate the logistics for recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with external recruitment agencies.
Help manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Learning and Development (L&D) Support: Assist in the delivery and coordination of L&D programs and training sessions across the region, ensuring alignment with global learning initiatives.
Maintain records of employee participation in L&D programs and assist with logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions.
Track training feedback and assist in gathering data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Help prepare materials and presentations for training sessions, ensuring they are tailored for the local workforce.
Employee Relations and Administration: Support the P&C Regional Manager with day-to-day employee relations issues, providing advice on policies and procedures related to performance, conduct, and conflict resolution.
Assist in handling employee inquiries, ensuring quick and effective resolution of P&C related concerns.
Administer and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Support the coordination of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, assisting in the administration of employment contracts, performance reviews, and employee benefits.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Support the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and managing the separation process in accordance with company policy.
Maintain P&C data in HRIS systems, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
Reporting & HR Metrics: Assist in gathering and preparing P&C data and reports for regional and global P&C teams, including data on recruitment, training, turnover, and performance metrics.
Track and analyze key P&C performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into talent trends, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Support the P&C Regional Manager in preparing presentations for leadership meetings and strategic HR discussions.
HR Project Support: Assist in the execution of P&C projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and other regional HR campaigns.
Help manage project timelines, coordination of resources, and execution of initiatives as per the region's P&C strategy.
Provide administrative support for global and local P&C initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with regional goals and objectives.
General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the P&C Regional Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing P&C documentation, and managing P&C-related communications.
Maintain a positive, efficient, and organized P&C work environment by managing office supplies, P&C resources, and key files.
Prepare payroll in a timely and accurate way so that correct payroll in all countries is executed every month
