As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving our HR initiatives forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organisational goals and objectives, while also ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

**Vos missions**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions

- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, CCNL and benefits administration

- Manage relationships with external payroll firms, dealing with the planning, control and reporting of personnel costs

- Maintain accurate HR records and databases to track employee information and ensure data integrity

- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives

- Contribute to the development of the employer brand

**Votre profil**:

- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in HR management and administration

- Thorough knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations (CCNL)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Google workspace suite

- Proficiency in English and Italian

- Proactivity and enthusiasm

- Ability to operate with autonomy

- Strong aptitude for problem solving

- Enthusiasm and high motivation for professional growth
