Hr Business Partner
Role purpose He/she will play a pivotal role within the local HR & Organization Department.
He/she will be a champion of the Vodafone Way culture and values, ensuring that all people decisions are data driven and based on merit.
He/she will be partner with our business leaders on all people and organizational matters, in order to help them achieve business results while accelerating the digital transformation.
He/she will prove agility and competence in solving any people-related issue, with a great autonomy but leveraging from the guidance of our Centers of Expertise.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership Recruitment & Hiring:
- Identify and coach talents across the organization, identify and implement development plans to support professional development and performance improvement Payroll & Budget:
- Support Line Managers in annual budgeting and forecasting process Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefit policies - Manage annual reward review process - Identify retention risks and draw consistent reward actions Organisation & Change:
- Support internal customers in analysing currentorganizational structure and its fitness to business strategy, contributing to the definition and communication of new organizational models - Anticipate the organizational evolution by challenging the departments in scope with innovative, future-proof structures (digital, agile, etc) - Manage the headcount and payroll cost budget Training:
- Identify and implement training and development plans to support professional development and performance improvement - Promote re-skilling and up-skilling programs to ensure that the competency stock is always up to date - Personnel Administration & Labour law:
- Guarantee timely and appropriate fulfilment of HR administration and labour regulations requirements for assigned departments Industrial Relations:

Core competencies, knowledge and experience - Result orientation & leadership;
- Analytical skills - Complexity management skills;
- Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships and communication;
- Fluent in English; Must have technical / professional qualifications - University Degree in Economics or similar (nice to have:
experience within HR field);
- 3 / 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner / HR Generalist in complex and structured organisations;
- An experience in HR management roles referred to specific employees' populations is mandatory.
