Reporting to the South Europe HR Leader, this is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-changing HR organization.

**Tasks & responsibilities
- You are responsible for the professional support in the field of HR Business Partnering, considering the legal and operational agreements and other applicable arrangements.
- You are familiar with working in projects in international and matrix organizations.
- You support the implementation of HR strategies, as well as functional HR initiatives in a local context.
- Together with the rest of the local HR team you implement new solutions and policies according to regional or global guidelines
- You are involved in the local WC/labor relations as well as associates redundancy/exit processes.
- Handle employment-related enquiries from employees and managers.
- You work closely with employees on HR and operational matters and you ensure access to required HR knowledge and lead business on how to receive best HR service.
- Active cooperation and support in employee engagement initiatives
- You support the business on talent and performance management topics as well as on future HR planning.
- Coordinate and support people initiatives related to performance reviews and organization management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or other related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience as HR Generalist or similar roles.
- In depth knowledge of Italian labor law
- Experience/exposure with local WC relationship
- In depth understanding of various HR topics.
- Proven ability to capture complex issues and processes based on a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability and service orientation
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken Italian and English).
- Multitasking while maintaining customer communication
- Experience in project work
- MS Office Tools knowledge
- Expertise working with SAP, SmartRecruiter and ServiceNow beneficial
- Process excellence skills/experience
