Hr Business Partner
For San Daniele del Friuli site, we are looking for an HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Business Partner manager. The employee will work closely with the local, international and HQ (US) stakeholders for the daily management of the areas and implementation of projects and initiatives.
Local departments will be managed directly by the HRBP, while international or global areas, in collaborations and agreement with international/HQ HR department.
Main responsibilities: Management of the entire employee life cycleRecruiting and onboardingPartner of development initiativesPartner of Performance and Talent Management processesManagement of salary, wages, and total reward aspects (welfare, benefits, etc. . . )Management and monitoring of personnel costs, support to managers in the definition of the annual budgetOrganisational design, reorganisation, job rotation, promotionsAnalysis of key HR indicatorsContribute to the integration of the HR management systemDisciplinary and litigation management Education and experience: Master's degree, preferably in LawAt least 5 years of experience as HR in a generalist role, in close contact with internal clientsFluent both in Italian and English (most interlocutors will not be Italian-speaking) Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to mediate between different interestsGood decision-making skillsStrong result orientation and ability to propose quick solutionsOpen-mindedness, flexibility and agilityAbility to work with tight deadlines and quickly reorganise prioritiesTeamworkPassion and energyGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, in particular Excel and Power PointGood knowledge of the relevant collective agreement (CCNL metalworkers' agreement) is a preferred requirement.
