**The Position
- In this newly established position, you will develop and implement HR strategies and policies to align with business goals and Novo Nordisk HR strategies.
- Furthermore, you will:
- Drive organisational development initiatives in accordance will NN way- Manage and develop talent within the organisation, by implementing programs to attract develop, and retain top talent- Foster employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience. - Oversee talent acquisition processes. - Facilitate employee development and training programmes.
**Qualifications
- To be successful for this position, you hold a University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You bring 8-10 years of proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation, preferably in a global organization, within pharmaceutical industry.
You have strong background in change management, organisational development and talent management, and you are experienced in designing and delivering employee development and training programme.
- In addition, you have:
- Excellent skills in employee engagement and leadership development. - Strong analytical skills to support organisational design and workforce planning. - Ability to guide resourcing needs, career development, and succession planning. - Experience in a global organisation. - Familiarity with advanced HR technologies and systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a robust experience with change management. - Fluent English and Italian language, written and spoken
**About the Department
- You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company called Fill & Finish Expansions, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients.
You will be part of a global P&O team supporting managers in Fill & Finish Expansions with P&O processes, leadership coaching, employee development, organizational design & manning and daily P&O tasks.
