Hr Business Partner

**About this role**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Country HR Business Partner for Italy. You will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives and ensuring the alignment of the overall HR strategy with the specific needs of the country and local stakeholders. As Country HRBP, you will act as a key HR partner to the Country Managing Director and work collaboratively to embed the HR strategy. You will translate the HR Agenda into actionable plans and initiatives, ensuring that the business needs are effectively communicated back to HR and incorporated into HR initiatives and the overall HR strategy.
**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:
- Partner with the Country Managing Director and/or Senior Management teams to co-create and drive the local people plan/agenda
- Develop and implement the global HR agenda and translate business needs to concrete initiatives and projects in alignment with other HR pillars
- Identify the local HR services needs, mobilize and engage the HR community to drive priorities based on clear SLAs and guidelines
- Escalation point for complex Employee Relations support
- Collaborate with the Segment HRBP team on HR initiatives and identify input, demands, or escalations that require attention from the central HR team
- Act as a change agent, supporting management teams solve organization, people & change-related matters
- Leverage people data to provide insights and trends to inform decision-making and support improvement to the HR service and procedures
- Manage Industrial Relations with local Unions, or other employee representative bodies
**What will you bring to the table? **:
- Relevant working experience from operational to strategic HR consulting, Business Partnering and/or management roles, from local to regional scope, over a span of several years
- Degree preferably in Business Administration, economics, or law with a specialization in HRM or additional equivalent work Experience
- Strong organization & execution skills, proven track record working in an international, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strategic partnering experience, coaching sr leaders as well as talent management, organization development expertise
- comfortable with navigating in an international and matrix HR environment, having worked in partnership with HR CoEs
- strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders within the organization
- Experience of working with HR data, and an analytical mindset, to shape and influence people outcomes and business decisions
- Understanding of Local Legislation
- Fluent in Italian and English
