For our client, an international Industrial Company, we're looking for an:HR BUSINESS PARTNERPositionThe figure will assist and support the Company HQ Management in the management of all the fulfilments relating to Human Resources Selection, Training and Development, of the Italian Subsidiary by declining, harmonizing and applying processes and procedures of the HQ parent company. Your tasksBusiness partner for management and executives on key HR-related and employment law issuesDevelopment and implementation of the HR strategy and objectives, derived from the central HR strategy in coordination with the Global HR Business PartnerEnsuring all standard operational processes such as Recruiting, HQ Planning, etc. Implementation of organizational development projects and design of change processesParticipation in central HR projectsDirect reporting line to the Managing Director of the location and functional reporting line to the Global HR Business Partner of the Machine Tools divisionYour ProfileAt least 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally developed in Manufacturing or Industrial environmentsExperience in Talent Acquisition, Training, and Development areasExperience in working with international stakeholdersExcellent knowledge of the English languageJob Location: Buccinasco (MI) #J-18808-Ljbffr
