About the role:

Our People Team is excited to hire aHR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC. The People partnering team is on a mission to enhance people capabilities.

We partner with the business to influence the organisation and feed a long term vision.

We design functional strategies on organizational development, performance development, Talent development and succession, engagement.

What you will be doing

People Development:

You support the business in providing the best onboarding experience for new hires, you coach the managers to be better leaders for their teams and assist with the creation of career development plans.

You execute the performance processes for the functions you support and facilitate the calibrationsessions.

You map talents across your functions and design succession plans with the Top management.

Employee Relations:

you are the main point of contact for all employee relations issues and you assist business leaders in the offboarding processes and communication plans for leavers,

Recruitment:

You partner with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment needs both for immediate and anticipatedneeds, and support managers on Importante Azienda planning and then how to effectively manage a recruitment process and assess talent.

About you

You have at least 3 years of experience in HR Business partnering, inside a fast-paced environment.

You are used to working as a consultant, meaning when you are facing a situation you are used to questioning and investigating before building your point of view to influence decisions, and you are curious about others opinions.

You are organized and able to adopt a project management approach, where you can manage time, cost and expectations

You are passionate about helping others, possess a customer-service mentality, and are a true team-player who enjoys working cross functionallyYou possess a relentless, can-do attitude - no task too big or too small.

You are more than happy to learn new things!You are able to navigate from high level strategies or concepts to transactional tasks, You have analytical abilities:

you are used to crunch numbers and data to manipulate HR systems and excel files and you are able to build some analysis.
