- Within Italy "Services" HR organization and reporting to Services HR ITALY, the _**_Human Resources Business Partner _**_will be based in _**_Nola (Naples)_**_ and be in charge of the following responsibilities:_
- _Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actions, eventually formulating proposals on Union Relations strategies_
- _Manage local Trade Unions on different sites across country_
- _Be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, managing complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall strategy_
- _Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context (Nola, Rome, Venice)_
- _Manage HR processes within HR as required/assigned. _
- _Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations. _
- _Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor-management relations. _
- _Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions. _
- _Ensure full compliance with ALSTOM EHS policy. _
- _Actively coach managers in people management practices. _
- _Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives. _
- _Monitor and administer performance management programs and corrective actions. _
- _Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems. _
- _Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities. _
**_Minimum qualifications_
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR Manager_
- _Able to work in an international and multicultural environment_
- _Ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information_
- _Knowledge of national and local contracts_
- _Flexible, open minded, fair, and balanced judgment_
- _Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. _
- _Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment being able to take decisions quickly under pressure_
- _Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Law, Economics, etc.
)_
- _Strong oral and written communication skills. _
- _Strong planning and organizational skills_
- _Fluent in English and Italian_
- _Required frequent mobility between sites (60%)_
- _Good command of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office 365 suite, etc.
)_
