Hr Business Partner

Purpose of the role
Having a deep understanding of the local business and/or function(s) being enabled, the JR HR Business Partner will contribute to enable the business to achieve business results, optimize employee engagement and ensures compliance with local laws and regulations.
The role incumbent acts as partner and challenger to the local function line managers and employees.
Partners with the other HR functions (local HR teams, CoEs, Strategic Global HRBP) to help build the relevant solutions and ensure their delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support in defining local people strategic plans to enable the respective business / function, with the input of the Global Strategic HR BP;
- Provide coaching to local leaders to help their teams achieve their goals;
- Steer the local strategic workforce planning activities (quantity and competencies to support the business);
- Contribute to execute specific transformation / re-organization / change initiatives on local level;
- Contribute to the execution of the annual hiring plan (budgeted and unbudgeted)
- Deliver HR services and efforts to enable local functions to achieve business objectives, optimal employee engagement and full legal compliance;
- Ensure group/team leaders and teams receive the necessary HR support;
- Provide input and partner with the global HR BP regarding HR initiatives which are critical to the local business / function;
- Partner with the CoEs to ensure the definition, implementation and execution of local HR solutions which address the needs of the local business/ functions;
- Partner with local Finance as well as local business/ functions to meet local needs.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, Sociology, HR or related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role or 3 years of experience as HR Generalist;
- Previous experience in the Life Science / Pharmaceutical industry would be considered a plus;
- Ability to work in a demanding environment of change;
- Good level (B2) of English required on mandatory basis (oral and written);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Excellent customer focus and a strong drive to meet the needs of the internal stakeholders;
- Good communication skills, written and oral;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and collaborate with others.
