The HR Generalist is responsible for driving the HR strategy for the regional business organization.
The role works collaboratively with HR Line of business, regional leaders and mangers in the areas of employee relations, talent strategy, engagement, retention, and other HR-related matters.
The HRBP will oversee key HR projects, and act as the liaison for the implementation of all HR programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drives execution and consistency of HR programs through regional HRBPs, focusing on topics such as talent and leadership development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Partners with HR leadership to develop and deliver the HR strategy for the regional HR organization.
- Promotes a high level of cross-functional collaboration throughout Human Resources, corporate departments, and BU leadership.
- Supervises and directs the regional HRBPs in execution of HR strategies including talent and performance management, succession planning, engagement, positive workplace environment, organizational development, change management, associate relations, employment law, and effective adoption of company initiatives and strategies.
- Collaborates with the Human Resources Leadership, HR Line of Business and Learning & Development partners to identify training and leadership development needs and implement solutions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, positive associate relations, leadership development.
- Collaborates with HR leadership on strategies for talent management and performance management initiatives.
Supports and guides members of local leadership through the succession planning process, including identification and development of high potential associates and bench strength, potential successors and critical needs.
- Supports the HR strategy by measuring operational success through HR metrics, including staffing and turnover.
Regularly reviews metrics, analyzes and identifies trends, and recommends plans of action to address gaps.
- Maintains close and trusted partnerships between regional HRBPs, BU HRBPs, COEs, and HRSC personnel, maintaining alignment and sharing information with all parties on a regular basis.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U. S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U. S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
