That's why we're looking for you We are looking for a HR Business Partner to strengthen our Group HR team. Here is where your challenge starts: As an HR Business Partner, you will be the main contact for all HR-related matters at the Stage Entertainment headquarters. You'll act as a strategic partner for your team and the business, playing a key role in rolling out the HR strategy. In addition to collaborating with your colleagues in the Netherlands, you will work closely with teams in Spain, France, Italy, and the UK. In your role as HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for employee experience, recruitment, implementing and optimizing HR reporting and systems, change management, employee benefits, and you will contribute to all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding. Role & primary responsibilities: Business Partnering - Advising and acting as a sparring partner for directors and managers within Stage Entertainment HQ. HR Strategic and Business Analysis - You will help develop the annual HR plan, translating strategy into concrete actions for the office, while supporting the HR community nationally and internationally. A key part of your role is analyzing HR data and prioritizing initiatives to align with business goals. HR Team - You are part of an HR team, with a focus on the office. Responsible for the administration of all personnel-related matters and changes in our HR systems (Workday, AFAS Profit). HR Systems - You are driven to innovate, implement, and optimize HR reporting and systems such as Workday and AFAS Profit. Employee Experience - You will contribute to the implementation of company values and actively work on enhancing the overall employee experience by developing initiatives that foster a positive work culture, engagement, and satisfaction – from onboarding to continuous development and employee well-being. Performance Management - You will assist managers in effectively driving team performance by setting and tracking objectives, providing feedback, and implementing development plans to optimize both individual and team performance. Recruitment - You will ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process by addressing bias hiring practices, offering support, and working towards optimizing the hiring process. Qualifications and experience: Experience in an (international) HR role of similar scope. Always up-to-date with Dutch HR-related laws and regulations. Experience in recruitment is a plus, so you can support your colleagues when needed. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with Workday is a plus. Fluent in English and Dutch (additional languages are a plus). Strong communication skills to effectively engage in discussions and drive goal achievement.
