For a biomedical multinational company, we are looking for a HR Business Partner who follows the implementation of regional or local HR & Communication key initiatives and projects at commercial italian site.

Responding directly to the Italian HR Director, the role acts as first level advisor for the relations employees on specific issues: recruitment, training & development, engagement, internal & external communication.

**KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

- Training & Development

- Talent & Performance Management

- Drives execution and consistency of Corporate/International HR programs focusing on topics such as talent and leadership development, employee engagement, and employee relations

- Develop digital communication plan and initiatives to promote diversity, cooperation and equality in the organization

**REQUIREMENTS

- University Degree HR Qualification

- Fluent written and spoken English

- 4 years of experience in a role with particular emphasis on HR (soft areas) and Communication

- Proactive approach

- Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders at different levels in the organization

- Good stress resilience

- Car Owner
