Hr Business Partner - Bulgaria

**Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and as the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Global HR Director, and lead the global people strategy in Bulgaria.
You'll be part of the Senior Management Team and contribute to key decisions being made in regards to the offices and employees.
The position will see you provide a professional HR service to Managers on employee-related matters including organisational change, resourcing, performance management, employment law, employee relations issues, and general HR interventions to deliver objectives.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Work together with the People team to deliver the People Strategy and objectives
- Partner with Managers in identifying and effectively resolving people issues
- Provide an environment where every employee and team can thrive.
This includes supporting with mentoring, coaching, and career planning
- Effectively manage the work activities in Bulgaria in accordance with Bulgaria's labor legislation and best practice
- Champion the RG culture and advocate our Employee Value Proposition to ensure it is well known and understood by current and future employees
- Effectively use the Reward Gateway EVP and recognition tools to increase results and employee engagement
- Build the reputation of Reward Gateway as an employer of choice in Bulgaria
- Work with the Leadership
- and People teams on delivering an effective and competitive compensation and benefits strategy
- Be a champion of ED&I activities
- Support managers with accurate and timely advice on matters relating to disciplinary, grievance, sickness, and performance procedures
- Ensure operations comply with Bulgarian Law.
Remain up to date with all regulatory requirements and implement changes or improvements whenever required.
- Ensure Reward Gateway facilities meet regulatory requirements including EH&S compliance
**Experience and Key Skills we need**:
- Deep knowledge and practical experience of Bulgarian labor legislation including finding practical solutions to complex issues
- Experience in working in, and managing, different areas of HR such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Internal Engagement & Communications, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
- Experience managing strategic business partnerships coupled with the ability to connect with all stakeholders
- Ability to understand and interpret HR data and analytics, with experience presenting meaningful data to drive business results
- Deep generalist HR knowledge underpinned by demonstrable and proactive continuous professional development
- Ability to lead on people-related matters with empathy, sensitivity, and with the best interest of employees and the business
- Ability to implement and track relevant metrics and KPIs
**The Interview Process**:
- Video interview with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
This will take no longer than 40 minutes.
- In office interview with our Global People Operations Manager and the Global Head of Support
- An online Interview with our Head of People Ops & Learning and the Head of Internal Comms & Engagement
- Final conversation with our Global HR Director
