YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:Providing employees and managers with guidance and thought leadership on HR mattersPartnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement employee lifecycle processes and execute the People StrategyPartnering with the business to execute people-focused strategies supporting business goalsWorking on impactful projects and acting as an ambassador of our cultural change journeyWHO YOU ARE:You hold a Bachelor's degreeYou have previous experience in managing blue-collar employeesYou have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the roleYou are a self-starter with a problem-solving attitudeYou can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentYou have solid communication skills and the ability to build fruitful relationships with stakeholdersPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
