Hr Business Partner
Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for a multinational listed Company operating in a fast growing business.
The resource will work with the HR Manager in order to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs with the following responsibilities:
- Drive the team in order to achieve the departmental targets assigned by the HR Manager;
- align with the HR Manager to assure congruent HR processes and procedures as well as proactive sharing knowledge and best practices;
- oversee the hiring process and onboard new employees according to company's culture and policies;
- work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- identify training needs;
- participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Follows up to ensure training objectives are met;
- consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate;
- support the HR Manager in the day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e. g. , counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) involving the team as well;
- provides HR policy guidance and interpretation;
- administering payroll working with the external payroll agency;
- preparation of legal documents (employment contracts, salary amendment letters, bonus letters etc.
);
- performs other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree;
- minimum of 6 years experience as HR Generalist;
- minimum of 1 year experience as HR Team Lead;
- proven experience in training and development projects in multinational companies;
- good understanding of business functions;
- advanced knowledge of local employment law (Italy) is compulsory;
- good knowledge of Italian and English languages;
- strong knowledge of Office (Excel in particular);
- willing to operate in a hands-on HR role, with varied responsibilities;
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- excellent project management and organizational skills;
- excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- proactive nature and goal-oriented approach.
**Location**: Milan (with home office possibilities)

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
