**The team you will be a part of**:
- The Business Process team develops, implements and sustains cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with Black Belts, Champions, and Green Belts.
Identifies, suggests and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.
**This role in summary**:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will contribute to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in the own function.
He/she will report to the HR Director for Integrated Supply Chain & Quality and will support in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices to own organization in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness.
As part of this role, this person will also be part of the regional World Class Manufacturing (WCM) team, responsible for the manufacturing improvement strategy design and implementation.
The People Development Pillar Leader supports the execution of the manufacturing improvement strategy deployment throughout Whirlpool EMEA in accordance with World Class Manufacturing principles.
Lead the assigned WCM Pillar, developing and communicating Pillars methods and standards across the region, training as well factory teams on the assigned pillar methodology and tools.
Support plants in defining the route map of the pillar to become a world class plant.
Support the local pillars in the delivery of the expected results for the year.
Facilitate the sharing of best practice and maximize the potential delivery of the network, including benchmark with external companies.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- To be the reference point for Human Resources within the own function
- Working in collaboration with the specialized CoE on the following areas: Organizational Development, Recruiting, Training, Internal Communication; Local Budget
- Partnering with the Business on the delivery of specific Change Management projects and Organizational re-design
- Knowledge and skill gap closure to support WCM implementation and execution
- Partner with other technical pillars to understand developmental needs and provide guidance on how to effectively and efficiently grow exceptional people
- Partner with other technical pillars to understand the occurrence of human error throughout the manufacturing processes
- Support the local PD in the plants to attack man-related losses.
- Curate Involvement of both salaried and hourly people to drive WCM roadmap ahead
- Suggestion Management and participation in model/ expansion areas.
**Minimum requirements**:
- 1/3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environment
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience in World Class Manufacturing methodology
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Management processes
- Able in negotiation and excellent communicator for different organizational connections.
(Shop floor, engineers, leadership)
- Able to navigate complex situations and influence others, Teamwork and result orientation
- Change management capabilities
- Master degree
