As part of this transformation, Chiesi has expressed the need to strengthen its HR team by seeking an HR Business Partner Corporate Functions Main Responsibilities: The candidate will be the main HR Business Partner for the assigned Corporate Functions, providing counsel and partnership to managers and employees and developing and deploying HR strategies and initiatives to enable the function to achieve its short- and long-term strategy and goals. Candidate Profile: Fluent English and Italian; Minimum 5 years of working experience in the HR field, at least 2-3 as HR Business Partner, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; Working experience in global and/or complex matrix organizations headquartered in Italy or operating in Italy as a legal entity; Proven experience in supporting the organization and its people through changes and transformations; Ability to manage projects in an agile way; Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
