Hr Business Partner
For San Daniele del Friuli site, we are looking for an HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Business Partner manager.
The employee will work closely with the local, international and HQ (US) stakeholders for the daily management of the areas and implementation of projects and initiatives.
Local departments will be managed directly by the HRBP, while international or global areas, in collaborations and agreement with international/HQ HR department.
Main responsibilities: Management of the entire employee life cycle Recruiting and onboarding Partner of development initiatives Partner of Performance and Talent Management processes Management of salary, wages, and total reward aspects (welfare, benefits, etc. . . ) Management and monitoring of personnel costs, support to managers in the definition of the annual budget Organisational design, reorganisation, job rotation, promotions Analysis of key HR indicators Contribute to the integration of the HR management system Disciplinary and litigation management Education and experience: Master's degree, preferably in Law At least 5 years of experience as HR in a generalist role, in close contact with internal clients Fluent both in Italian and English (most interlocutors will not be Italian-speaking) Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to mediate between different interests Good decision-making skills Strong result orientation and ability to propose quick solutions Open-mindedness, flexibility and agility Ability to work with tight deadlines and quickly reorganise priorities Teamwork Passion and energy Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, in particular Excel and Power Point Good knowledge of the relevant collective agreement (CCNL metalworkers' agreement) is a preferred requirement.
