The Company Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company.

For an Italian plant with several hundred resources, in phase of great growth and development, we are looking for a:

south of Rome

The role

The HR Business Partner, will support the project to create a new business line, with regard to all of its management activities.

Responsibilities include:

Contribute to prepare budget plans concerning personnel costs;

Partner with local leadership and HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans;

Partner with local authorities to ensure compliance with laws and requirements;

Reinforce Employer Branding, Talent Scouting and knowledge sharing partnering withuniversities, masters schools and training companies;

Prepare and manage a strategical Workforce Planning and coordinate the implementation of the processes and procedures;

Define competencies matrix to identify skills gaps;

Assess the plants population in order to identify skilled employees ready to support the new Business Line;

Define the training and development plans for the resources.

**Requirements**:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field;

At least 7-10 years of experience in a HR department, in particular in Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction and Organizational Development, HR Management fields in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnological companies;

Strong Project Management skills, experienced in a high volume and fast paced environment;

Fluent English knowledge;

Experience and ability to partner with different external and internal stakeholders, building engagement and strong relationships;

Flexibility, proactivity and team building skills;

Business acumen and strategic view.
