Role Purpose:
- The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR preview.
Business Responsabilities:
- With HRD support, drives engagement of employees by implementing supporting initiatives based on a deep knowledge of the context and the insights gathered from management and employees.
Administrative and Operational Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts;
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy;
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (for internal mobility & external);
- Manage third party recruitment providers (in line with recruitment plans);
- Create job offers according to job grading methodologies.
Learning & Development:
- Coordinate L&D strategy implementation;
- Implement training and development programs in partnership with management;
- Make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential;
- Assess expertise and skills across the organization for planning tailor-made training programs designed in collaboration with leadership, management, and with training providers;
- Work closely with business leaders to having full understanding of their departments and their training needs.
- Conduct coaching sessions with employees and career development programs for the targeted audience;
- Monitoring costs forecasting and budgeting, scheduling and enrollment in training programs;
- Register and update a trainings database tracking every aspect of training delivered using the LMS in use (Ingenium or other).
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and consultants;
Performance & potential review
- Manage the performance & potential review across unit by coaching and training both employees and managers on process principles & methodology and system.
Total Rewards:
- Design compensation packages and benefits programs that are aligned with the company's guidelines.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation, Pluxee internal rules and with the principles of pay equity.
- Identify trends and implement, if validated, new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Renew the local compensation plans with financial and non-financial benefits based on employee needs and in line with the local and global Pluxee rules
