Hr Business Partner
Job purpose Part of the Club HR team, the Human Resources Business Partner is the internal point of reference for the designated populations – mainly commercial, marketing and operations staff – with the purpose to offer guidance and assistance to people managers and employees as well as to directly manage HR topics overseeing the life cycle of the staff members. Furthermore, the HRBP will be involved in planning and delivering people-engagement and training projects as well as in providing support in the daily admin-related initiatives. Duties and responsibilities HRBP Contribute to the implementation of the HR strategies and projects on the assigned population; Proactive involvement in the main annual HR processes, including performance evaluation, staff budget, salary review, back to stadium; Act as a point of reference for hiring processes and support in the recruiting activities, including evaluation of people managers requests, search and selection, staff contracts; Ensure on/offboarding activities are carried out properly; Advise people managers and employees on all HR matters, e. g.comp & ben or organization; Manage the employee life-cycle, with all the related activites, including development, promotions, job rotations, labor disputes; Ensure the relations among people are the smoothest possible, prevent issues and figure out possible conflicts. TRAINING and PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT Support the HR team in the implementation of teamwork activities, training courses Contribute in the internal comms activities along with Comms team and propose new initiatives aimed at improving the staff engagement; Collect feedback on relevant projects and promote the Club culture in order to foster a positive work environment. HR ADMIN Provide support to the team in managing administrative procedures regarding employment relationships, periodical reporting and records updating HR KPIs analysis; Contribute to draft and keep up to date org charts, job evaluations and procedures; Support in HSE activities. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner in a complex organization. It will be a plus an experience within sport, entertainment, events, media industries. Good working knowledge of the most common HR topics such as people management, work force planning, organization, training and development, labor law and admin. Knowledge of Zucchetti platform is a plus; Very good proficiency on Excel and PowerPoint is a must have requirement. Excellent communication, listening skills and ability to work collaboratively with various business functions at all levels. Good project managements skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. Full proficiency in written and spoken English. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field. Integrity and confidentiality an essential pre requirement.
