Hr Business Partner
Company: IRCA is a leading international provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry and gelato markets, serving independent producers as well as large food manufacturers (e. g. CPG). Core products include chocolate, chocolate decorations, creams, pastry mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery / pastry ingredients.
The Company, headquartered in Italy, was acquired by Advent International, the global Private Equity firm, in July 2022, and has a strong track record of growth over the last decade.
Thanks to the recent acquisitions of important players in the belonging market, IRCA is becoming a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry, with 22 manufacturing facilities in Europe, US and Vietnam and a combined €1 billion of revenues.
Purpose of the position:
The aim of the HR Business Partner is to manage and execute the ordinary HR processes and to contribute to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with the central guidelines and the overall strategy to create a positive working environment.
Description of main Activities / responsibilities:
Manage pay plan and benefit program Manage payroll and all the activities related People Cost Management: Budget & Forecast Supporting the Talent Acquisition for middle, executives positions and directly manage factory workers (and relations with temporary agencies) and entry level white collar People Evaluation System: management, analysis to support actions and continuous improvement Education and Training: definition of needs, planning of actions, identification and management of funding sources, action management and monitoring Personnel development: analysis and contribution to the definition of action plans, management of development plans and related projects Industrial relations management and relationships with trade unions and associations Support in the definition of corporate policies and management of cascading internal communication plans Support in corporate change projects Internal communication: support for process management and content creation Employer Branding Strategy: contribution to the definition of the plans in line with the corporate strategy Education:
Degree or equivalent experience Master or specialization in HR (as a plus) Professional Skills:
Payroll knowledge Analytical skills Evaluation and incentive systems Employer Branding techniques Communication and Smart presentation techniques Social media skills Experiences:
3-5+ years of HR experience in similar positions General view of HR issues preferred Language Skills:
Good knowledge of English Computer Skills:
