If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us. The roleAs a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams and advising leadership on key people strategies.

You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, and driving performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert HR guidance and support on organizational development, talent management, and employee relationsDevelop HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee retention and engagementGuide talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent in line with business needsUtilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processesSupport managers in performance management and employee developmentFacilitate training and development programs to align skills and capabilities with business prioritiesLead or participate in HR projects to support continuous improvement across the HR functionRequirementsOur ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusProven experience in managing complex employee relations issues and delivering effective solutionsHigh degree of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindsetA passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee developmentBenefitsWorking pattern and location:
