To strengthen the structure, we are looking for a dynamic, result oriented HR Manager to support Compressor Technique local Division within our Company.
**Your new role
We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented HR Manager to support Compressor Technique local Division within our Company.
In this challenging position it is your mission to act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and the Management team, provide leadership, direction and HR development for all human resources related initiatives and activities that effect the development and attainment of the Compressor Technique local Division strategy and goals.
You will act as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to follow the Company values and way of working.
It will be your mission to: lead and implement the HR projects regarding selection, onboarding, competence development, etc, and continue to promote "hire-for-attitude" approach to select and retain the diverse talents to maintain a competitive advantage and ensuring that we attract and employ the right people in the right organisational structure
You will prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports, headcount development, key performance indicators, workforce efficiency and others as assigned or as relevant to the organization.
You will review and monitor the compensation and benefits being provided to ensure a competitive remuneration package.
You will assist all employees with the interpretation of company policies/procedures.
Give guidance as needed and you will guide, support and follow up in the areas of organizational development and management resourcing and you will be serving as advisor for all human resources matters of a legal nature.
You will ensure compliance with Italian regulations regarding payroll, pensions, social security, general agreements and you will offer a safe and healthy working environment for all employees with special focusing on reducing sick-leave levels and working accidents.
You will conduct research into personnel programs and activities, recommends changes or innovations where desirable.
**What you'll need to succeed
You have a university degree in the human resources area or business management or similar through experience in combination with a track record of proven successful human resources work in an industrial environment.
You have minimum 8 years of solid practical experience as HR Business Partner role position in a multinational company with a strong knowledge of Italian labour legislation in combination with solid experience in people management processes with special focus on performance management and people / organizational development.
You are fluent in Italian and English.
