as a HR Business Partner Intern

Your Contribution:

We are looking for a Junior HRBP to be included in the Team as an Intern.

Being an HR Business Partner means supporting executives throughout the entire employee lifecycle, educating management and implementing our HR initiatives along our HR strategy in the business world.

We see ourselves as sparring partners who question, guide and advise.

**Your contribution**:

You will support the Senior HRBP in Business and operational management activities.

For the management team you are the first point of contact on organizational and personnel-related issues, such as organizational development in rapidly growing teams, qualitative personnel planning, recruitment, labor law issues, cooperation of works councils and merger and acquisition projects

You will commit to further developing future-oriented HR tools and processes, contributing ideas and participating in a wide range of HR projects

You will work closely with our human resources specialists in the areas of human resources service, recruitment, human resource foundations and project management

Your Qualification:

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in English

- Knowledge of German is preferred

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (focus excel and power point)
