HR Business Partner Internship

To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Security, Human Resources, Communications & Sustainability.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented HR Business Partner Internship to join the HRBP team.

Reporting into: HR Director Operations and Regions

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Supporting the implementation of the overall HR strategy;

- Support in strategic decision - making processes based on data and insights;

- Work closely with the HR Business Partner to execute the processes within the employee life cycle such as onboarding, internal mobility, performance management activities and off-boarding;

- With the HR Business Partner partnering Managers and employees in resolving current issues trough HR practices, processes or policies;

- Helping in managing the operational side of HR topics across the assigned business unit;

- Supporting in the employee costs activities and monthly budget monitoring;

- Processing and maintaining organizational updates utilizing the existing HR solution.

The type of person we are looking for:

- Preferable degree in Business Management or Economics;

- Data driven and analytical approach;

- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information and to prioritize;

- Show initiative and pro-activity;

- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory;

- Good use of Microsoft Excel;

- Master in Human Resources will be considered a plus
