Your job By joining our team as an HR Business Partner, you will be working within our Global HR team as the HR expert for the Italy and Spanish regions. This role will be a new position based in Milan, Italy and will include regular travel between countries to collaborate directly with Senior Management teams on HR issues and support the expansion of sales organizations. This is a standalone role with an indirect line of support from the international HR team.

Your responsibilities will include: Establishing and implementing the HR strategy while contributing to the company's success and growth in the region. Being a sparring partner for the regional management teams and local contact person for employees. Providing HR support, training, and coaching managers in all HR related areas, such as leadership, culture, recruitment, performance management, people development, and reward. Driving and supporting labor relations including negotiations with the unions. Executing HR deliverables and being responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives, and processes. Managing contracting, reporting, and other administrative tasks in cooperation with internal and external service partners (for example, outsourced payroll). Your profile: Strong HR Business Partner experience ideally in a commercial/Sales business. Experience and high interest in organizational development and change management. Strong commitment to contributing to the success and growth of the company. Familiarity with labor legislation concepts in Italy. Understanding of Spanish labor laws would be an advantage. A university degree in Human Resources or similar would be beneficial. High-level experience of stakeholder management and the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external customers. Full professional proficiency in English, Italian, and Spanish is a must due to local employee/business requirements. Ready to be a part of Zumtobel's growing team?
