Within your team

You will provide HR partnership and leadership to the commercial organisation in Italy and Iberia in the areas of employee relations, performance management, employee retention, engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, coaching/developing, recruitment, as well as organisational & succession planning.

Develop and implement HR initiatives focused on achieving strategic objectives for the organisation and act as a change agent to enable the growth and development of our people and business.

**Within your role, you will**:

Partner with leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes

Working with leaders, develop robust succession plans and proactively drive the development of high potential talent

Partner with managers to further enhance associate engagement

Foster a diverse, inclusive and high-performance culture

Partner with Talent Acquisition (COE) to identify and select diverse and high potential talents

A highly effective communicator with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships at all levels

An excellent planner with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and guide managers in how to assess and react to changing business needs and conditions

**Your education and background experience will include**:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required

5+ years of experience in an HR role within multinational, fast-paced and matrix organisations

Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English
