**LOCATION**:Rome, Italy

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reporting to the SEA Senior HRBP Marketing based in Italy.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

- Support the HR Business Partner in acting as a business partner through participation towards successful implementation of the Human Resources strategy that will positively impact on people performance;

- Work closely with company functions, providing support on implementation of main HR initiatives: be the first point of contact for managers and employee on general queries, such as HR policies & systems;

- Managing through cyclical key HR activities such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Development Cycles and Pay Review;

- Provides support to company functions regarding personnel record, employee/labor relations, reward management, benefits administration, organization development, training and employment law;

- Deliver and provide guidance to company functions on all people decisions, to enhance team performance, motivation, productivity, culture and diversity;

- Effective management of service providers/ contractors;

- Driving the development and implementation of action plans resulting from employee opinion survey and initiatives and tracking progress;

- Work closely with the Cluster team to ensure the right Way of Working, communication and alignment with all the HR processes;

- Support the HR Team in having a multicategory business environment and develop also the new competencies needed towards a multicategory and multicountry business;

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- Master degree and/or MSc in Human Resources, MBA or Equivalent.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the generalist side of HR.

- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment.

- Business Understanding and business and result driven are given.

- Capable to create a trustful business partnering relationship & interact and consult different type of stakeholders.

- Initiative and proactive approach to the delivery of high-quality HR services.

- Action oriented with very agile attitude, willing to manage both tactical and strategic activites.

- Ability to work in a dynamic context, deliver results under pressure and manage multiple projects.

- Excellent team player

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent English proficiency; additional languages would be considered as a plus.

- Excellent Office suite knowledge.
