**-uD83D-uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the management of employee lifecycle and providing support to managers, predominantly within a set of functions in Italy.
- You will be in charge of the Sales local teams.
- You will be also accountable for managing the contract lifecycle and HR at local level for a designated office location or country in the set of functions.
This, with the coordination of the lead HRBP of the function.
- You will support HR operations, drive area efficiency and be a strategic partner for the business.
- You will help managers and employees achieve the most value out of all of our HR initiatives, policies and processes.
**-uD83C-uDFAF TASKS**:
- HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Review, document and update existing HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure alignment with business needs.
- The HRBP will be integral to steering the human resources strategy within the sales department, acting as the primary HR point of reference for the head of sales functions.
- Furthermore, the HRBP will extend his/her expertise to support other company functions, by implementing and administering group-level HR policies and practices.
In doing so, the HRBP will foster organizational coherence, ensure local relevancy, and maintain compliance with overarching HR strategies.
- Permanently monitor policies, programs, and practices and keep the organization informed as needed.
- Actively participate in HR's area activity and initiatives planning, deployment and follow-up.
- Oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Participate in the establishment of HR area KPIs that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for permanent improvement and resolve problems.
- Provide permanent support to managers and centers of expertise on all core HR activities: Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations and Engagement.
- Management of the unions.
Engaging with heads of department.
**-uD83D-uDC49 EXPERIENCE**:
- Excellent understanding of core HR processes, policies and practices.
- Experience with measuring and reporting on the business impact of HR programs.
- Good understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems (e. g.
Workday) experience.
- 1-3 years experience in Human Resources within an international company, ideally in a multi-site and/or technology driven environment.
- Experience in payroll cycle management is a plus.

- The role reports to the HR Director Italy.
The team also includes a Payroll & Admin Manager and an Office Manager with related team.
- HRD Italy : Responsible for implementing and managing locally group HR policies and practices.
Also responsible for labor relations and compliance to the local labor law, tax, health & safety.
- Payroll & Admin Manager : Responsible for payroll cycle, administrative and contractual topics and main contact person for employee relations.
- HRBP : Responsible for the management of employee & contract lifecycle and providing support to managers at local level for a designated office.
- Office Manager : Ensures the smooth operation and comfort of offices by managing space, reception, vendor relations, procurement, maintenance.
