Hr Business Partner (Production Plant)
For its Italian Oral Solid manufacturing & packaging Site of Baranzate (MI), Famar is looking for an
**HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Who, reporting directly to the Country HR Director and collaborating with the General Manager and Site Management Team, is responsible for the execution of HR operations and processes in the Italian Plant (approx.
140 employees) with specific focus on staffing & recruitment, employment management, reporting, training & development, Labour Law compliance, disciplinary processes, Labour Relations, personnel administration and budgeting.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and execute in first person timely and effective recruitment processes to ensure the availability of resources required by the business.
Execute direct searches and works with search agencies and temporary staffing agencies as needed.
- Provide proactive consultation and guidance and act as an HR point of contact for the Department Managers in areas of employee relations, employee & performance management, recruitment, personnel cost management, training & development.
- Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, procedures and HR services within the production plant.
- Ensure the proper organization and oversee the execution of new comer´s induction
- Execute HR reporting, both Managerial and statistical surveys.
- Ensure the proper organization and smooth execution of services like medical examinations, canteen service, employee tax declaration, etc.
- Act as Deputy of the Country HR Director.
Assist the Country HR Director in ensuring the overall organizational effectiveness of the Site.
Support the HR Director in ensuring labour Law compliance in the execution of Site activities.
- Support and assist the Country HR Director in labour relations, work council and trade union relationships in order to ensure the alignment of collective agreements and workforce management with the Business needs.
- Carry out personnel cost budgeting, forecasting and HR reporting activities, liaising with the internal and external stakeholders as needed (primarily Finance, BU Head and Site Managers, auditors).
- Oversee the daily administrative affairs and payroll service in collaboration with the Personnel Administration colleague and the external payroll supplier.

**Professional Skills and Background
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the HR management of a Manufacturing or Packaging Plant in a competitive, fast moving, cost oriented and service driven environment.
Chemical, cosmetic or mechanical background would be an advantage as well as experience in a Contract Manufacturing Organization.
- University Degree in Economics, Legal or Humanistic areas or similar qualification.
Master or post-degree specialization in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Italian labour law.
