We are looking for an HR CAPABILITIES & SYSTEMS SPECIALIST based in MILAN.

The resource will be part of the HR Capabilities & Systems Team and will support the digital adoption development within Valentino's HR Community, leveraging our Global HR information system suite.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Support Regional HR key users to address requests and delivering global projects.

Monitor HR activities through our Global HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors): hire to retire, budget & planning, Talent & Development and Recruiting processes.

Training support with the aim to provide the right Digital capabilities to the HR Community.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

2 years of experience in similar roles, either in consultancy companies or corporate firms.

Functional and Technical knowledge on the HR Management suites (preferred).

Proved experience on HR processes and HR System Integrations topics (preferred).

Fluent English required.

Knowledge of Excel and Office365 package.

Proactivity, flexibility, and good communication skills to support the HR community worldwide.
