Support HR Business Partner in all the activities related to the brand new smart factory of Susegana with a specific focus on the biggest project in Europe for the new food preservation products called "Genesi".

You will be based in Electrolux Food Preservation site in Susegana (TV) only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4. 0 investment.

Here you will interact with different functions of the organization such as Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.

**Tasks**:

**Learning**:

- Support HRBP in collecting all the Training needs and defining its Learning Plan

- Organize and follow up all the Learning and training activities (logistics and communication)

- Register all the learning activities enrolled

- With the specific focus on "Genesi Project" prepare Learning materials for Blue Collars using all the available tools and working on new tools (ie.

creating tutorials)

**Communication**:

- Support HRBP in defining Communication plan for Susegana plant

- Implement internal communication using all the available tools (Company Board, Egate to go app, AWMS Azzurra app, Webinar or online communication)

- Be aligned and in contact with Corporate Communication

**Qualifications**:

**Background & required experience**:

- Graduate in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent (international education experience is a plus).

- Proficient in MS Office.

**Language**:

- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
