Our client company is an industry-leading multinational group present in Italy and abroad with several production plants.
It is a dynamic reality growing in terms of volume and turnover, that is implementing new processes in the human resources area.
- For its headquarters we are in search of a
- **HR Manager** with a focus on
- **Compensation and Organizational Development**.
- Work Location: Area Bergamo - Milan East**Il Ruolo**:
- Support the HR Group Director in elaborating the Group personnel cost budget
- Define a reporting strategy with annual forecasting coordinating the Italian, Chinese and US countries
- Create and implement the Total reward strategy all around the World by combining business needs, cost control, organizational effectiveness, compliance
- Structure and manage reporting systems, headcount development key performance indicators relevant for the organization
- Engage with the business to address compensations and development needs for individual and teams
- Support the HR Group Director for the strategic development, implement the global initiatives and processes to facilitate a fair and future-oriented organizational development
- Structure performance evaluation models
- Design and implement the training & development strategy in line with company guidelines
- Explore best practice in Human resources field, with a special emphasis on compensation, organization and development.
**I Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's degree.
A Master's degree in HR or a related discipline may be preferred
- Previous experience of managing program budgets, workforce planning and compensation is a must
- Strong understanding of business principles and how to align talent and leadership development programs with business goals
- Ability to balance both strategic thinking and planning with strong execution and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a global team
- English fluent
- Team Leading, problem solving.
