**Description**:
Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Jewelry Company, we are looking for a:
**HR Business Partner (Organization Development)
He/She will have to ensure the overall provision of the Human Resources services concerning Compensation and Organization fields, in support to the HR Director.
**Main Responsibilities**:
"Compensation":
- Development, implementation and administration of the Compensation processes and policies
- Monitoring of the salaries structure (fixed and variable) and benefits
- Development, implementation and management of Bonus Plans for the eligible positions
- Management of salaries and benefit surveys analysis.
"Organization":
- Workforce trends monthly reporting and monitoring to the budget indications and organizational changes
- Support the organizational structures adaption to any strategical business change, as well as: 1) the organizational analysis compared to the Company's activities (activity-based analysis) and processes (processes-based analysis); 2) the proposal of organizational solutions and simplifications, where applicable; 3) the review of the Workforce sizing; 4) the measure of the organizational costs and the control system of the labour cost
- Policies implementation for the organizational growth and Governance of the Company
- Implement the Internal Communication System, in terms of Organizational Communications and Employees initiatives
- Support HR projects from time to time requested by the Company and by the Group;
- Drive employees engagement programs, acting as Employee Relations Subject Matter Expert, monitor Associate feedback to drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs.
"HRIS":
- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of HRIS solutions and processes, initiating continuous improvement projects to address gaps, enhance user satisfaction, and meet evolving business needs
- Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation, including user guides and training materials.
**Requirements**:
- +4 years' of experience in in this role
- Knowledge of labor law and Italian social security/tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English
**Location**: Alessandria.
