Job Description:MANPOWER PROFESSIONAL, a company specialized in recruitment and selection of permanent profiles, is looking for a:

HR Junior and/or Senior Consultant

The candidate will be responsible for the development of the client portfolio and the management of the entire recruitment and selection process.

Specifically, their responsibilities will include:

Developing a client portfolio through commercial activities (prospecting and existing clients)Managing relationships with key company stakeholders (DHR, function directors, general managers, CEO)Contract negotiation and marketing managementOverall management of the candidate recruitment & selection process (posting job ads, CV screening, headhunting activities, interviews with selected candidates)Ideal Profile: Degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's) preferably in HRExperience in commercial and/or consulting rolesGood knowledge of the English languageProven ability and experience in working towards achieving assigned budget goalsPreferred experience in recruitment & selection and customization of projects for the Life Sciences sectorContract Type: Permanent employment, salary commensurate with actual experience in the role.
