HR Consultant - Maternity Cover - Part Time (30 hours) Part-time

Responsibilities Holding the role of a superuser in assigned HR systems

Providing operational support for health, safety, and work environment initiatives

Participating in the recruitment process for Head Office and Retail positions

Assisting in training sessions as a Co-Trainer

Translating and ensuring the quality of training materials

Managing ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager

Knowledge of employment law, agreements, and regulations

Minimum Requirements Previous experience in Human Resources or Health & Safety

Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate or fluent level

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong sense of responsibility
