**Primary Job Functions**:

Ensure compliance of all HR management documentation and actions with current labor laws;

Conduct personnel search and selection processes;

Coordinate, create, and manage documents for hiring, modifying employment contracts, and terminations in line with current labor laws;

Develop and implement onboarding plans for new employees;

Manage working time records, work schedules, and employee competency assessments;

Assist department managers with HR management issues, collaborate, and prepare reports;

Update HR management procedures, policies, regulations, and principles according to Metso's global HR management standards;

Enhance the company's culture and value foundation;

Participate in various HR management projects.

**Required Competencies**:

Higher or secondary education;

At least 1 year of experience in HR management;

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook);

Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

**Base salary**: 1600-2200 eur/month gross
