**Location**:

The position is located at Aman Venice, Italy.

Overview:

The HR Coordinator will play a supporting role in the smooth daily operations of the HR Department, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.

The incumbent in this role will take care of all administrative and employee relations of the HR department and supports the HRM in all activities relating to recruitment and training.

**Responsibilities**:

- CVs screening

- Posting and updating vacancies

- Support in the administrative daily activities

- Coordinate with the HRM the training program for the staff

- Organize and implement activities for the employees' daily engagement

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality field and similar roles

- Mandatory proficiency in Italian and English

- Excellent communication skills
