WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Valentino SpA is looking for an Intern who will be included in the HR Corporate Department, based in Milan, and will support the HRBP in the following activities

, acting as a Brand Ambassador of our leadership behaviors and values:

partnering with the administrative and operative functions for the for hirings, terminations, inductions and other ad-hoc requests

supporting in budget and Forecast processes, planning and control overheads and headcounts budget

supporting in onboarding of new hires

supporting in building HR analysis both for HQ and Regions

**Requirements**:

No previous experience required

Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint

Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English

Curiosity, ethic, analytic mindset and a passion for human being will complete the profile we are looking for
