We are now looking for an HR COST CONTROL & REPORTING SPECIALIST, based in our HQ in Milano

Reporting directly to the HR Cost Control & Planning Manager, the resource will be included in the HR Department and will be involved in the following activities:

HR Dashboard with HC worldwide and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc. )

and any official HC reporting for internal or external use

**Workforce and labor cost planning**: forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans (activities carried out directly on Italian companies and supporting/coordinating foreign companies)

Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT) consolidating and producing proper reporting for global headcount needs

**Annual Salary Review process**: reporting and analysis to support the annual the annual salary review process with relevant HRs and Business Leads.

Support in overseeing worldwide countries

**Requirements**:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management Engineering

Excellent command of the Office Package (especially Excel)

Fluency in English and Italian

At least one year of experience Controlling, Reporting, and/or HR Compensation & Benefit

Strong analytical skills, attention to details and accuracy

Proactive spirit, curiosity, flexibility, and adaptability

Attitude to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
