Valentino is looking for a HR COST CONTROL & REPORTING SPECIALIST based in Milan.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Cost Control & Planning, the resource will be included in the HR Department and will be involved in the following activities:

HR Dashboard with HC worldwide and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc. )

and any official HC reporting for internal or external useWorkforce and labor cost planning: forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans (activities carried out directly on Italian companies and supporting/coordinating foreign companies)Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT) consolidating and producing proper reporting for global headcount needsCheck on the HR database system (SSF, Tagetik HR) verifying the correctness of the dataMonitoring the hiring of new employees in terms of cost, position and hiring dateRequirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar roleMaster's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management EngineeringExcellent command of the Office Package (in particular Excel)Fluency in English and ItalianStrong analytical skills, attention to details and accuracyProactive spirit, curiosity, flexibility, and adaptabilityAttitude to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
